2009 Show Schedule


Next Show:  Friday June 12 - Sunday June 14, 2009, at Riley Arena, 1400 Heart Mountain, Cody, Wyoming.  

 

Friday   

    Exhibitor set-up at 7:00am for volunteers who helped with physical set-up.  8:00am for all exhibitors.

    Early buy-in admission to the public, 12:00 noon. $50.

    General admission, 3:00pm   Show closes at 5:00pm to the public; 6:00pm to dealers.

Saturday   

    Open to exhibitors, 8:00am     Open to the public, 9:00am     Show closes at 5:00pm to the public; 6:00pm to dealers.

Sunday   

    Open to exhibitors, 8:00am     Open to the public, 9:00am     Show closes at 3:00pm 

 

$500 - 1st Prize for Best Display        $250 - 2nd Place, plus many other prizes.

 

The Riley Arena is a spacious, new, well-lit, air-conditioned hall with easy move-in and plenty of parking.

This is a quality show supported and attended by the nation's finest dealers and collectors. No modern weapons allowed---Antique, Curio & Relic only. Western Art and authentic Indian artifacts also permitted. No flea market items, please.

24-hour Security

All exhibitors must comply with Winchester Club of America rules and all Federal, State and Local laws.  Consumption of tobacco or alcohol is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property.

All cartridge weapons must be tied. No exceptions.

Reserved tables must be claimed by noon Friday or they will be resold by the show committee. No refunds after May 15, for cancellation.
