swivel base, matted quarter rib, 1 standing and 1 folding express sights.

Figured walnut stock with contrasting-wood forend tip, engraved recoil

crossbolt, fine wrap-around fleur-de-lys checkering, beaded cheekpiece, steel

pistol grip cap, inletted rear swivel base and black Decelerator recoil pad.

Extensively carved stock by Norbert Triebel: acanthus scroll on both sides

of action area, cheekpiece, end of buttstock and a buck elk and this three

does in a woodland mountain scene covering most of the right side of the

buttstock. Winchester Model 70 controlled-feed action with jeweled bolt,

checkered bolt knob, custom one-piece bottom metal with hinged straddle

floorplate, casehardened and completely engraved with acanthus scroll and

gold borderlines; a silver inlaid hunter confronting a bear rounding a rock

outcropping on the floorplate, a silver pronghorn on the triggerguard and a

silver ram on the grip cap, signed N(orbert) Triebel. Engraving extends to

front sight and swivel base as well as quick-detachable Leupold scope

mounts holding Leupold Vari-X III 3.5x10x scope. Extra pair of engraved

scope rings. Gold inlaid calibre and SAFE. Pull: 13 5/8". Weight: 10lbs, 3oz.
