25 1/2 inch over&under barrels with matted solid rib, raised quarter rib and 1 standing express sight. 14 5/8 inch length of pull from mechanical, single, non-selective trigger to solid black pad. Figured, oil-finished walnut stock with classic point-pattern checkering, engraved steel pistol grip cap, Shelhamer-style chinstrap, three-piece forend with Deeley pull-down latch, beaded-edge pancake cheekpiece, sling swivel bases and vacant gold oval. Hand-detachable sidelocks with concealed release, cocking indicators, gold-plated lockwork, intercepting sears, double Kersten locks and double Purdey underbites, fully engraved with deep-chiseled game scenes and thistle-leaf scroll: Four moose in a marsh scene with two hunters in a rowboat in the background on left lock; A family of bears in a woodland scene on the right. Docter-Optic matte-finish 30mm VZF 1.5 - 6x 42 scope on quick-detachable claw mounts. Weight: 10 pounds, 11 ounces. Built in 1987. Virtually new condition.
