proved for 1 1/8oz. 15"pull from articulated front trigger to checkered wood

butt. 1 1/2" - 2" drop. No cast. Highly figured European walnut stocks with

Anson-release splinter forend, classic point-pattern checkering with

mullered borders, straight English grip, teardrops and vacant silver oval.

Hammerless, sidelever, bar-action sidelock action with double Purdey

underbites, rib-extension stabilizer, automatic top tang safety with SAFE in

gold, and Baker automatic ejectors. Engraved with fine English rose & scroll.

Built ca 1892, gold-inlaid No.1 of a pair. Tight and with excellent bores. In
