The Wyoming Arts Council has recognized NRBA member, David W. Osmundsen as a traditional artist which allows a Wyoming resident to use a WAC Apprenticeship Grant to study blacksmithing under him. Anyone interested may contact Anne Hatch at the Wyoming Arts Council or David directly.
