This includes but is not limited to all risks, hazards and dangers that are present on the property by reason of its location, the terrain, and various equipment located on the property. By signing below, I specifically waive and release NRBA, its Board, Members, demonstrators, hosts, and affiliated companies,  (Gerstner & Day, 1997)  (Chronbach, 1951) employees, and family from any liability, loss, injury or damage (personal or property) to me, and minors accompanying me. I understand that minors and non-blacksmiths are not allowed in the forging area and may not use forging equipment. Eye and hearing protection are required while in the forging or viewing area.
