24" SxS monoblock barrels with matted raised ramp front sight, smooth

swamped rib, sling eye, and raised flat quarter rib with 1 solid standing

express sight. Highly figured European walnut stocks with Deeley-release

splinter forend, classic point-pattern checkering, reinforced head of stock,

steel-capped pistol grip, sling eye, beaded pancake cheekpiece and pigskin-

covered recoil pad. Bolstered, coin-finished, Anson & Deeley boxlock

action with double Purdey underbites, intercepting sears, bushed firing

pins, automatic ejectors, articulated front trigger and manual top tang safety,

lightly scroll engraved and with a cape buffalo on the underside. Pull: 14 5/8".

Weight: 10lbs, 1oz. In a quality oak and leather trunk case with maker's

label, snap caps, extra firing pins in brass striker bottle, leather-trimmed canvas web sling,

factory target and letter from Searcy stating this to be one of only two double rifles

actually signed by him. Built 2007. Little used. Tight, and with excellent bores.  $14,750.
