26" SxS shoe-lump barrels with beaded-blade ramp front sight, smooth

swamped rib, sling eye, and matted quarter rib with 1 standing and 2 folding

platinum-lined express sights engraved for 100, 200 & 300 yards. Straight-

grained European walnut stocks with Anson pushbutton-release splinter

forend, classic point-pattern checkering, long-tang triggerguard extending

to engraved steel pistol grip cap, classic comb, rear sling stud, vacant silver

initial oval, and solid red Silver's recoil pad. Anson & Deeley boxlock action

with Greener crossbolt, side clips, bushed firing pins, and automatic top tang safety

with SAFE inlaid in platinum. Pull: 14 7/8". Weight: 10lbs, 11oz. Built ca 1905.

London nitro proved for 70 grains cordite and 480 grain bullet. In period,

leather-trimmed, canvas-covered, trunk case with accessories and maker's
