28" SxS shoe-lump barrels with slightly-concave raised matted rib, choked

modified & full. 14 1/2" pull from articulated front trigger to original Merkel

black hardrubber buttplate. 1 3/8" - 2 5/8" drop. 14" cast-off. Highly figured

European walnut stacks with Deeley-release splinter forend, straight English

grip, and classic point-pattern checkering. Coin-finished sidelock action

with double Purdey underbites, Greener crossbolt, bushed firing pins,

automatic ejectors, cocking indictors, and automatic top tang safety---with

full scroll and game scenes by master engraver Burkhadt Hafner. Weight: 5lbs, 14 1/2oz.

Built 2001. Very little used; in original box and with maker's leather trunk case.  $7950.
