sight, choked modified & full. 15 1/4" pull from front trigger to checkered

butt. 1 1/2" - 2 1/16" drop. 1/4" cast-off. Figured European walnut stock with

Anson-pushbutton-release splinter forend, diamond-crossection straight

English grip, classic point-pattern checkering with mullered borders,

teardrops and vacant gold oval. Coin-finished casehardened sidelock

action, engraved by Keith Thomas with gold inlaid hare on left lock and

gold inlaid cock pheasant on right and with maker's name in gold on

underside, serial number in gold on tang, all surrounded with acanthus vine-

leaf scroll. Gold-line cocking indicators, rolled triggerguard and automatic

top tang safety with SAFE inlaid in gold. Weight: 6lbs, 12oz. Built 1978.

99%+ barrel blue. Tight and with excellent bores. In leather trunk case, with

maker's label, load card and Glaser, Zurich retailer's label. Cleaning rod, snap

caps and oil bottle.   $16,750.
