LeMat, Paris Second Model Double Barrel .42 Calibre $35,000

Percussion Revolver and 16 Gauge

6 5/8" full-octagon nine-shot .42 calibre rifled barrel hand-engraved "Syst Le

Mat Bte s - g - d - g Paris" with narrow dovetailed front sight, over central

5" 16ga single shot smoothbore barrel. */LM on right side of barrel. B on

end of 9-shot cylinder. X on left side of hammer. Long, checkered paddle-

spur hammer. Matching serial number 1846 on frame, barrel, loading rod

and cylinder. Perfected button-latch, pull-out knob takedown rod. Left-side

loading lever. Center-mounted hammer-nose lever. Welded, ringless lanyard

hole. Oval, spurless triggerguard. Checkered walnut grips. Mfd 1863.

90%blue beginning to turn brown. Excellent bores. Mechanically crisp.

J H Snelling, Bronze Yacht Canon 2  1/4 inch bore $39,750

New York

36" bronze barrel with touch hole and integral trunnions; 4 1/4" diameter at

muzzle; 6 5/16" diameter at breech. Mahogany naval carriage with bronze

mountings and elevation screw. 8" diameter iron-rimmed mahogany wheels

on bronze axles. 18" overall height, measured with barrel horizontal.

Absolutely magnificent. Very fine condition.

Tom Weston, Miniature Cased Colt Walker .12 calibre $1995.

Mexico City Percussion Revolver (approx)

2 1/4" barrel. Smooth walnut grips. Marked A Company on left side of

frame and Weston's Mexico on top of barrel flat. Loading lever operates.

Pulling back on hammer cocks and revolves cylinder. Pulling trigger drops

hammer. With powder flask, bullet mold with sprue-cutter, combination

screwdriver/nipple-wrench, extra percussion nipple and 13 bullets. Overall

length, 4 inches. In red leather lined mahogany case measuring 4 1/2" x 2" x

13/16". Built ca 1950. Very little used.

Winchester 1886 Rifle .45-90 $5,795

26" round barrel. Full magazine. Crescent butt. Barrel marked "FROM

W.F.SHEARD / LIVINGSTON MONT." Mfd 1892. Mostly gray, but

sound and tight and with a decent bore. With factory letter.
