28" SxS chopper-lump barrels with smooth concave ribs choked improved

cylinder & modified. 14 3/8" pulls from front triggers to checkered wood

butts fitted with scalloped & engraved heel & toe plates. 1 1/2" - 2 1/8" drop. 3/8"

cast off. Fully figured Teyssier French walnut stocks with fluted-horn-tipped

Anson-pushbutton-release splinter forends, straight English grips, vacant

gold initial ovals, fine ribbon and fleur-de-lys borderless checkering

wrapping fully around the wrists and with even finer checkering within the

fleurs-de-lys. Round-bodied, casehardened, boxlock actions with automatic

top tang safeties and bushed firing pins with retaining setscrews, profusely

engraved by Barry Lee Hands with acanthus scroll and virtually encrusted

with leaves and vines in multiple colors of raised gold. Three Canada geese

on the 12ga and three grouse on the 20ga, all in flight, silver-inlaid in

photographic detail on the action undersides. "The Last of the Dakota

Legends Twelve Gauge (and Twenty Gauge) / By The American Custom

Gunmakers Guild" flush-inlaid in cursive gold atop the barrels. Cold rust

blue by Jerry Fisher. Metalwork by Dennis Potter. Internal parts heat-treated

by Tony Galazan. Casehardening by Doug Turnbull. Weight: 12ga: 6lbs,

14oz; 20ga: 5lbs, 13oz. Cased together in leather double motor case with sturdy

canvas overcase. Built over the period 1999 - 2014. Virtually new condition.
